We understand that plans may change. This policy applies to all reservations made directly with Maison BE Residence unless different terms are stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund
- 14 days or more before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation payment.
- 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation payment.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
- No-show: The full booking amount will be forfeited.
Cancellation periods are calculated from the official check-in time stated in the booking confirmation.
Non-refundable bank, card-processing, currency-conversion or transfer charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Rescheduling
As an alternative to cancellation, guests may request to reschedule their stay under the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted at least 7 days before check-in.
- Only one date change is permitted per reservation.
- The rescheduled stay must be completed within 6 months of the original check-in date.
- New dates are subject to availability and any applicable minimum-stay requirements.
- If the new rate is higher, the guest must pay the difference.
- If the new rate is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
- Rescheduled bookings cannot subsequently be cancelled for a cash refund.
Requests submitted less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for rescheduling.
Early Departure
Guests who check out before their confirmed departure date will remain responsible for the full cost of the original reservation. No refund, credit or rescheduling will be provided for unused nights.
Non-Refundable and Promotional Bookings
Reservations made under non-refundable, promotional, discounted or special-event rates cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise stated in writing.
Penthouse, Group and Extended-Stay Reservations
Penthouse reservations, group bookings, extended stays, full-property bookings and reservations during holidays, festive periods or major events may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
Any special conditions will be communicated before payment and stated in the booking confirmation.
Exceptional Circumstances
Requests resulting from genuine emergencies, government-imposed travel restrictions, natural disasters or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. Supporting documentation may be required.
Any refund, booking credit or rescheduling offered under such circumstances will be determined by Maison BE Residence based on the circumstances of the request.
Cancellations by Maison BE Residence
If Maison BE Residence is unable to honour a confirmed reservation, the guest will be offered:
- Suitable alternative dates or accommodation; or
- A full refund of all accommodation payments received for the affected reservation.
Maison BE Residence’s financial liability will be limited to the amount paid directly to Maison BE Residence for the affected reservation.
Security Deposit
Security deposits are separate from accommodation payments. Following a satisfactory inspection after check-out, the deposit will be released within 48 hours, subject to the processing time of the guest’s bank or payment provider.
Deductions may be made for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, unpaid charges or breaches of the residence rules. Guests will be informed of any deductions.
Cancellation Procedure
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted through an official Maison BE Residence booking channel.
A request is not confirmed until written acknowledgement has been issued by Maison BE Residence.
Reservations made through third-party booking platforms are subject to the cancellation and refund terms displayed on the relevant platform.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the guest’s bank or payment provider.
By confirming and paying for a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
